Diet salad with chicken that you can’t get enough of

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, since today is Monday, it’s a nice sunny day and it’s a day to go on a diet, as every Monday, then hold tight because today a salad is coming with its taste that will make a throne in the hearts. You will not be able to leave the diet with this salad. It will be a nice salad where you get protein from chicken and yoghurt, vitamin iron from greens. Here we go.

CHICKEN BELLY SALAD  

Materials;

  • 1 module chicken breast
  • 1 small core lettuce
  • 1 cup of canned corn
  • 8-10 pickled gherkins
  • 6 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 10 g dill

Fabrication;

  1. Boil the chicken breast and shred it.
  2. Let’s chop the pickled gherkins into small pieces and put them in a mixing bowl and add the corn, chopped cores, crushed garlic, salt and finely chopped dill.
  3. Then add the yoghurt and mayonnaise, mix it enough and add the chicken last.
  4. If you want a little getaway, you can fry the butter with paprika and drizzle it over.
