Smoothie recipe for weight loss in a very short time

Ingredients for green smoothie

for 4 servings
  • 250 g spinach leaves (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 bananas
  • 200 grams of blueberries
  • 400 ml pineapple juice
  • 4 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons of oatmeal

Preparation

  1. Wash and drain the spinach (thaw frozen spinach in the refrigerator overnight). Peel and slice the bananas. Wash and drain the strawberries.
  2. Put the juice, 600ml water, spinach, banana, strawberry and peanut butter in a blender and turn it off. Start the blender at the lowest level, then puree everything smoothly at the highest level until you have a creamy drink. If desired, add a little more water to thin and mix briefly again. Pour the drink into glasses and serve.
